Refund Policy – MSR Sports Academy

1. General Policy

At MSR Sports Academy, all payments made for bookings, coaching programs, memberships, events, and training sessions are subject to this Refund Policy. By completing a booking or enrollment, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Turf / Court Booking Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the booked slot are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will not be eligible for any refund or reschedule.
  • Refunds, if applicable, may be processed as wallet credit or rescheduled slot, based on management discretion.

3. Coaching Programs & Training Fees

  • Before program start:
    Refund requests made before the commencement date may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
  • After program starts:
    Once coaching sessions or training programs have begun, no refunds will be provided, regardless of attendance.
  • Missed classes:
    No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

4. Event & Tournament Bookings

  • Event registrations and tournament fees are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • If an event is canceled by MSR Sports Academy, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

5. Academy-Initiated Cancellations

If MSR Sports Academy cancels or reschedules a session due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Maintenance
  • Safety concerns
  • Unavoidable circumstances

Participants may choose between:

  • Rescheduling, or
  • Refund (if applicable)

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method or as academy credit, depending on the booking type.
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Late arrivals or early departures
  • Change of mind after booking
  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Failure to follow academy rules or conduct policies
  • Suspension due to violation of academy guidelines

8. Changes to Refund Policy

MSR Sports Academy reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest policy will always be available on our website.
