3. Fees & Payment

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. Participant Cancellation:

6. Health & Safety

  1. Medical Fitness: Participants represent that they are medically fit to take part in activities.
  2. Injuries: Participation is at your own risk. MSR Sports Academy and its staff are not liable for injuries sustained during normal participation.
  3. Emergency Care: In case of emergency, we will take appropriate measures — including contacting emergency services and guardians/parents.

7. Use of Facilities

  1. Access to the academy’s facilities is limited to registered participants during program hours.
  2. Participants must follow all facility rules and instructions from staff.
  3. Unauthorized use of facilities outside scheduled times is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content, materials, logos, trademarks, and training methods used by MSR Sports Academy remain our intellectual property.
  2. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Media & Photography

By participating, you consent to photos, videos, and recordings taken during programs being used for promotional and marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSR Sports Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages arising from your participation.
